“Tri city transmissions is by far the best mechanic shop I have been to. I sometimes feel being female going to a mechanic I’m going to be talked down to since I don’t know much about cars. However when I came back to pay for my car I was talked to with respect, Rich educated me on what was wrong with my car and the parts that were fixed. The community they have there is kind and welcoming which is hard to come by these days. I know they are busy but they still make time to treat people kindly and respectfully. Then we discovered that Columbia Auto had expanded to include Lexington Auto, and that Scott headed the team there (I remember Scott well from when he was at Columbia). We are so impressed with the Lexington shop. Like Columbia, they embrace the values of customer service, timeliness, quality work, and going the extra mile to help you out. I've absolutely shown up out of the blue and said "Scott, can you help me?
