We had a trade-in. Got a much better price for it than other dealerships. Smooth process between trade in and the purchase. He was mostly dealing with my wife as it was her vehicle. She hadn't enjoyed previous vehicle purchases as she always felt the sales people ignored her and talked to me.
We had a minor hiccup which turned out to be a VW issue from being idle too long that resolved itself, but Dillon was responsive during the process and answered all our questions, including having the staff check it all out as a courtesy.
Overall, great experience and would buy from him again.”

The car has ran great.
Out of all of the used cars I looked at, Tony’s car had an immaculate interior and came with a car fax that went back years.
Since this was my first time buying a car, one thing I worried about was the price. At the time of purchase, what I paid was below market value. Checking prices now, what I paid is still about $1-2 grand cheaper.
Finally, during my first anxious month of ownership, I would text Tony about “problems” I saw with the car. All of these problems were actually in my head (ex. I mistaken the parking break light for the engine light). Despite being a difficult customer, Tony would always respectfully respond to my texts and tell me to come into the shop for a check-up.”
