“Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help purchase new bat for 8 yr old granddaughter. Even suggested for her take some swings at home and if it's not right for her she can return or exchange it before she uses it since she wasn't there when I bought it.”

“I live in North Carolina, US, but thanks to the amazing customer service from Chris on my Amazon order, I'm already sold on Sports Den. Chris took the time to answer several questions I had about the nature and timing of my order. He was super prompt in responding, very through in his replies to make sure I had all the information I needed to order the right product, and the item arrived a lot sooner than expected. Whether shopping from Sports Den online or in-person, they will take good care of you! I highly recommend this place!”
