“Big selection in a small store and availability of ordering additional titles to be shipped in if they aren't on the shelves. The only downside, in my experience, is that the staff tend to hang out around the counter instead of circulating to at least greet customers.”

I went to Coles to order it....sorry we can't order books here but you can send it here and pick it it.Off go to Chapters in Peterborough thinking this is a bigger location I am sure they will order it. Nope.So I came to our little local store...Kent Bookstore. Not only did they order it for me but I had points from buying books for family at Christmas. I got $12 off!!”
