“Wendi renewed my faith in the presence of old school customer service. Wendi helped me for 3 hours on and off. While I was at the Kiosk to get a notary/ document commissioned. I had been turned away and was about to give up. Staples was my very last resort. As the 2 locations I had thought could help turned me away. One bring our local MPP'S office. Even though the lawyer who was helping me called the day before to confirm I could get help. I'm not computer savvy at all. Thank- God! Wendi was there and went above and beyond or I would have missed my 11:59pm deadline. Wendi should be a supervisor/ manager ?. I honestly do not think anyone else would have been able to give me the level of customer service and understanding Wendi did. I am so very grateful Wendi was working that afternoon. She deserves a raise and a promotion. Thank-you so much Wendi. Your awesome!!
