“100% trustworthy company!Fireplace we purchased from Elmira Stove 12 years ago wouldn’t stay lit after pilot light came on. I had enough experience from past furnace issues to suspect it was the thermocouple. I considered changing it myself to try and save money. I’m glad I decided to pay for the service call. The technician Jordan made it worthwhile. He did a complete service on our 12 year old Valor fireplace. Changed the thermocouple as well as a complete cleaning and service. Yeah maybe we could have managed ourselves but it would have been stressful with a lot of second guessing. Removing the firebox isn’t an easy task and more convincing they didn’t gouge us on the parts. At the end of the day it was worth every penny to have a professional do the repair with a guarantee. Very fair and honest company.”

“I do a LOT of laundry...When you have a houseful of furry fosters and family members, you need a heavy duty washer.I burned my last one to the ground long before its expiry date (kind of like I do with my cars) and have been without one for the past few weeks.I'm not part of the throwaway gen, so I was lucky to have a handy dandy friend try to fix it multiple times... But then a pro had to be called in and as is usual with planned obsolescence, the parts and labour to fix it would have cost at least half as much as a new one.So despite being able to borrow very kind friends' washers in the interim, I don't think they appreciated the animal hair, poop and pee that is part of my daily life, and getting a new washer became a priority.I looked on Marketplace but in the end was thankful to be able to get a great deal on a new pet specific washer from London Direct Liquidation .After looking at tons of reviews and appliance stores, I felt that this washer was simple enough for a low tech gal like me, plus has the added benefit of removing pet fur from EVERYTHING I wash (including my own clothes).Many thanks to the awesome Terry Johnson at London Direct Liquidation for teaching me how NOT to break a washer, the best type to buy and for giving me a great deal.The delivery company was also awesome: Polite, friendly and efficient.They worked around all the tight corners and stairs of my house ... twice (as they also removed my VERY heavy old washer)... they also worked around all the critters who were very curious about them and of course got underfoot.The whole process was a lot painless than I expected it to be and Terry and his team helped make it as seamless as possible.”
