I got a cheque here once and I had them misspell something and the when I came back they were nice enough to change for me for free, when they could’ve charged me $9.95

My wife and I had a truly outstanding experience today (December 22, 2025) at the Scotiabank branch located at 1250 Highbury Ave N, London, ON, thanks to Elif.
We arrived today, less than half an hour before closing, to request some important bank documents. Despite the timing, Elif was extremely accommodating, patient, and professional. She was very knowledgeable about our concerns and took the time to clearly explain everything to us. Even after her working hours had technically ended, she continued processing our documents without rushing and always with a positive attitude.
What truly stood out was her genuine care for customer service. Once everything was completed, she even personally opened the door for us as we exited—an extra gesture that showed how much she values her clients.
