Just spent 30mins on hold, only to be hung on on. Trying to talk to a person seems impossible. My branch hours are horrible, thus today's phone call today. Not impressed at all.

ATM is only accessible during certain hours. There is one in the drive through but you have to stand in line with cars to make a transaction.
