“A beautiful place welcoming us with sandalwood aroma and engulfs us with an aura of peace. An awesome book lover (she aloso loves humans & animals) runs this store with anything under the sky for spiritual enthusiasts, energy healers, yoga practitioners. Books, journals, greeting cards, tarrot cards, incense sticks, meditation floorchair, cushions, gems, stones, bracelets and what not. Books for children, women, young people and all to understand the body, mind and soul. Go here to feel the taste of wholesome goodness and healing. Pretty garden and patio chairs welcome us with carved Mandala name stone.”
“The shopkeeper was really nice. I had a fun experience with the handwriting analysis, palm reading and tarot card reading that she offered me. The store atmosphere is really cozy overall and it's one of my favorite places downtown”
“In a time when book retail is dominated by the box stores, who are being worked over by online stores like Amazon, this store is a welcome refuge for the book shopper.Having a good selection for its size, this store is an appealing alternative for the book buyer with a more personal retail service in the London Downtown area.”

240 Dundas St, London“A really thorough and interesting collection, all for good prices. If you're a haphazard reader like me, and hesitate to spend $30 on a book that you won't get to for some time, this is the place for you. While I also got a discount for Boxing Week, I picked up four relatively new books for $33!”
“Combining the charm of literature with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, the attached Starbucks completes the experience. ☕️? A perfect blend for book lovers and coffee enthusiasts alike!, Indigo is where time stands still.”

1680 Richmond St, London“Even I go to Indigo Book Store just beside Pet Smart across the busy road by Fanshawe Park Road. Very helpful staffs, the store manager helped me find a manga book I traded of a magazine I got from Indigo Book Store there one time and it was a nice customer service on my last visit there at Coles bookstore. If you cannot find the books or items at Indigo Book Store. You have a better chance finding one at Coles bookstore inside Masonville Mall on the Fanshawe Park Road side beside the food court. The staffs and the manager was very nice, patient and the best service. I have so much respect for him, and he said that you can trade your magazines for any books now. I am so happy to this day. I will visit again soon. Both Coles and Indigo in the Masonville location have the best service!”
“I actually went to get a coffee and browse the store but didn't realize the Starbucks had been removed. The store itself was fine, but I feel like the kids' section takes up so much room, and with all of the other non-book items for sale, there just wasn't a lot of actual adult books for me to browse through. The store was otherwise clean and organized despite it being busy and right before Xmas.”
“Was alright, some staff didn't know how to answer questions about topics written on their website. Many wifi dead areas, if you have your book list online, make sure to pull it up prior.”
“Fabulous bookstore! Found exactly what I wanted & more! Wonderful staff. Penny went above & beyond to listen and provided excellent guidance & assistance! Would highly recommend?”
