“Costco is our favorite store and has been a member for quite a few years now... But today we really had a bad experience with one of the cashiers Her name is Kimberley, for the first time I invited my friends to shop with me because they wanted to see and experience Costco and maybe after getting a membership card, but this cashier approaches us like we're garbage, I talked to her properly that my friends doesn't have a membership card and will be using mine and when we ask can we separate the receipts and she said to us no we're not doing that her which is fine for us but the moment she gives us the subtotal she's angry telling me you have to pay for this because your the card holder and again we respect that and we keep telling her can we pay in cash so we're trying to figure out how much we have to pay and she's not answering so I decided to come near the machine to check the receipt and I'm not even trying to reach it I just want to know if how much and she's just flip the thermal paper and telling me nope you're not having that its like we have a disease of some sort. After we pay no thank you just nothing and a smirk. Racism is really not healthy. I have never experienced this before at Costco for the first time and the worst is I'm with my friends a possible/future Costco member.”

I've been a client for years and would never go anywhere else.When I inadvertently left a package near the Hearing Aid Center in the London, ONT Wonderland Road Costco, office worker Ali was quick to go out of her way to track it down by checking all of the hundreds of carts stored overnight at the front of the store!I can't say enough good things about these people. “Had a shelf fail which in turn broke a bathroom set of dispensers - we had bought both at this Homesense - we informed the assistant manager as fyi and to our surprise … she offered to replace the dispenser set (40$ value).
We were VERY pleasantly surprised at this level of customer support and service. We’ve bought plenty from this store and are probably in there once a week for something or other - service like this makes us more loyal than we already were! Well done Homesense ! (I think her name was Hysknea surely spelled differently?)”
“I’ve often been asked why I don’t have my prescriptions filled at a pharmacy closer to where I live, and the reason being is my pharmacist Eiman.
Every time I come in to pick up a prescription or just grab some over the counter medication, Eiman always takes the time to greet me by name and takes a real genuine interest in how I’m doing. She is an amazing pharmacist and takes exceptional care of me.”

“I wanted a professional portrait of myself, all my pictures were angled selfies and my boss had emailed me, need a pro pic of you no copyright. I googled "professional portrait near me". The ad was for a selfie stick then a painter then a portrait studio in albequerquie new Mexico and the first result was Walmart Portrait Studio London, Ontario. I was like, awesome! I borrowed a $20 and walked there 2 hours. It was open. No line, 20 minute wait $18.50 for a digital copy of best of 5. The guy who took my picture said, ready? I said I'm sweaty. He handed me a box of Kleenex. I was like oh my god that was there the entire time? He said, no one ever thinks to use it for sweat they see it and think it's for crying if the picture is bad. I was like, "dear god!" Is my picture going to be bad. He said not if you do what I say. Chin up, over, over, up, shoulders back, head straight, face me, one two got it. That's a good one!”

“Recently I was at the Bay, I was on the hunt for a new perfume, and was in a real rut having worn the same two scents for 20 years.
The woman who assisted me, Anita, was not only wonderfully helpful but fun. Asking me questions about my likes, bringing several options- I purchased two more, but what really impressed me is how she went above and beyond giving nice size samples, that Sephora charges for hint hint, plus you get bonus points you can save or cash in on next visit. The samples were so awesome I have returned to purchase those as well.
Good service goes a long way, as does taking an interest in what and who you are selling to as Anita at HBC more than managed.

“1 thing that GT has over everbody else is that THEY SELL PREGO SPAGHETTI SAUCE. BEEN LOOKING ALL OVER THE PLACE BUT JUST FOUND HERE. Prego is an incredible product which out runs just about everything out there A terrific tasty thick sauce.
This store had only 1 cash open. And I ended up tying it up buying lottery tickets and cashing old ones. Meanwhile the que went to 9 waiting behind me.
Customers waiting to pay is a weakness of almost every GT. They can not open another till fast enough. Only 1 till to buy lottery tickets anyway.
They have a few really good deals but very big on limiting the amount you can buy. They do price match.
Store is very clean with newer freezers. This is more of a small grocery store in a small town. A little bit of everything.”
