“Yes it’s not a fancy store but
it’s my favourite store for many reasons. it is open early all week days & working more than 12 hours ( except sunday 10 hours ). it is the best for home needs, such as clouthes, cleaners, snaks & winter / summer supplies. More over I find a good deals on some branded food items like frozen food & ice cream.. The store very neat & orgnized, Staff are very friendly. A lot of parking spots.”

“Great customer service this afternoon. Thanks to Curtis and his team. I arrived an hour before closing. They were still able to test and confirm my vehicle battery was dead, remove it, find the correct replacement battery, install it, reset the vehicle electronics and have me on my way just after they locked the doors. They kept me informed on their progress including how much it was all going to cost. Excellent job, especially with the weather coming our way Sunday. Very grateful, I would highly recommend. Ian.”
“I've visited this store twice recently ---last, it was 2 weeks ago and then again today MonFeb09.
On both occassions, 'Excellent Service' was provided by the staff.
- As soon as I entered, I was Welcomed woth a Smile by the Custoner Service Staff, on bith occassions.
- I Visited the Automotive Parts Dept on both occassions.
- Last time Mike had provided help / he provided excellent service; today it was Dave.
Both exhibited thorough Professionalism and provided excellent service

“I love shopping at winners. The store has a great selection of lady and kids clothes and home decors. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I did have a disappointing encounter recently. I found a dress I really liked, but there was a noticeable hole in the front. The manager, S****, was only willing to give several dollar discount for what it took us almost an hour to fix. The amount of the discount is not the issue here, but it is her condescending attitude that made me uncomfortable. It felt like she did me a big favour for purchasing a discounted defective product. I still love the store but am hoping for a better custom service experience next time.”

“One of my favorite retailers, I can spend hours here, from the sports to the tools and housewares, from pellets and targets to de orations for any holiday, there is always something I need and can find it all here. Staff are friendly and helpful and the store redesign is excellent and makes for a wonderful shopping experience. I highly recommend. “Had a shelf fail which in turn broke a bathroom set of dispensers - we had bought both at this Homesense - we informed the assistant manager as fyi and to our surprise … she offered to replace the dispenser set (40$ value).
We were VERY pleasantly surprised at this level of customer support and service. We’ve bought plenty from this store and are probably in there once a week for something or other - service like this makes us more loyal than we already were! Well done Homesense ! (I think her name was Hysknea surely spelled differently?)”

“I’ve often been asked why I don’t have my prescriptions filled at a pharmacy closer to where I live, and the reason being is my pharmacist Eiman.
Every time I come in to pick up a prescription or just grab some over the counter medication, Eiman always takes the time to greet me by name and takes a real genuine interest in how I’m doing. She is an amazing pharmacist and takes exceptional care of me.”

“I wanted a professional portrait of myself, all my pictures were angled selfies and my boss had emailed me, need a pro pic of you no copyright. I googled "professional portrait near me". The ad was for a selfie stick then a painter then a portrait studio in albequerquie new Mexico and the first result was Walmart Portrait Studio London, Ontario. I was like, awesome! I borrowed a $20 and walked there 2 hours. It was open. No line, 20 minute wait $18.50 for a digital copy of best of 5. The guy who took my picture said, ready? I said I'm sweaty. He handed me a box of Kleenex. I was like oh my god that was there the entire time? He said, no one ever thinks to use it for sweat they see it and think it's for crying if the picture is bad. I was like, "dear god!" Is my picture going to be bad. He said not if you do what I say. Chin up, over, over, up, shoulders back, head straight, face me, one two got it. That's a good one!”
“Loved it... My wife always love to go to Canadian tire and I never understood why, she dragged me there on a heavy snowy day and we got some amazing stuff for very good price. I lived it and see now why she does.”

“I’ve bought a few sets of tires now from this location and I’ve never had any issues. I recently had some vibration after my winter tires were installed, and they accommodated me by fitting me in and rebalancing them.
Also the girl who works at the front desk needs a raise. The amount of people who were totally unprepared, had no idea what they were doing or cutting in line would have tested my patience yet somehow she was still very chill. I’m surprised some of these customers can dress themselves.
If you’re having your tires installed come prepared with your car keys and know if you have a wheel lock. It’s not rocket science.”
“This pharmacy is always insanely busy but I find the workers are, for the most part, very polite and considerate. I have had so many of the workers go above and beyond for me, and recently had positive experiences with both Carlos and Ali. There is a blonde woman with glasses who has her hair in a ponytail, and I can’t remember her name, but she’s also amazing!”
“I went for a passport size picture during the evening time. It was not crowded. The employee asked me to wait for 10 mins for the pickup , while they printed my picture I finished my shopping.The price was roughly $19 for 2 pictures.”

“Absolutely love this store. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the store has just about everything you could need for your home.
They sell well made products and this last purchase I was able to get blackout curtains for a large sliding door for $30.00.
We have purchased zebra blinds in the past and they are incredible. Well made and look great!
They usually have quite a few things on sale so check for their flyer. It’s worth checking out!”

“For the people who are diluted - the staff is paid minimum wage, you think you are going to get amazing service all the time. They also aren’t the product specialists for everything: have a medical issue go to a clinic or hospital - don’t expect an associate to be your doctor, therapist, special shopper and even read your mind…
