very easy shopping experience. good selection always seem to find what i want very quickly. nice staff that know how to leave people alone when they do not require assistance but very helpful when needed.

Had a very positive shop in Factory Shoe recently. The store was absolutely packed with people trying to beat the weather report. Grace, although completely consumed with customers suggested 6 or 7 products and we were successful in finding a perfect fit at the end.
