My partner is new in the big and tall sizing world so we headed here just an hour before the wedding. The staff were knowledgeable, the clothing options were great and we had great service. They even steamed the shirt, let us wear it out and tied the tie! Couldn’t recommend this spot enough”

“I have shopped at the White Oaks Mall Location, as well as, on the internet. Everytime I have been there it's been a good experience. They always have enough staff working and they're all nice and friendly. They have been in the Mall for a pretty long time. It's important that they have "Brick and mortar" stores in places like Malls. They help Malls keep some sort of relevance & reason to go out to shop. The Mall Location carries all the same things as the one's on their website. The prices are all good as well. The only problem is that they only carry a handful of well known, quality mainstream brands. This small group of brands doesn't change. They need more of everything and widden or change the amount of Brands & products they carry. I've never had a negative experience buying things from Journeys. I recommend that everyone from any age, check it out.”

Not only did the owner fix it but the repair was also accompanied by a lovely note, some chocolate and some beautiful earrings. Check this store out. It is a hidden gem in London.”

“I've been shopping here for almost a year when I visit London and the 1 guy is helpful for all my shopping needs when I go in with my son. The other staff are also very helpful and friendly too.Always friendly and happy to help all the shoppers coming into the store. “I live in Welland, but my wife and I travelled to London to check in to our hotel (Comfort Inn - don't overnight there!!!). I was a participant in St. Thomas for the "Ontario Masters Open Weightlifting Championships" as a 71 year old. We got there early so I went to the White Oaks Mall to kill some time. A few weeks ago, I bought a pair of running shoes here in Welland at Sport Chek. Of the hundreds of shoes they had, they didn't have a shoe horn to offer to people who bought them. As I was going through the mall, I asked at Sport Chek if they could sell me a shoe horn. They looked at me like I was from another planet. They suggested "The Shoe Store" which was very near there. I asked them if they could sell me a shoe horn. The mature lady pulled one out and handed it to me and said, "There. Have a nice day!!" The next time this old man needs shoes of ANY kind, I'll suggest they go there. Five stars!!!!!!!”
