I called to know about the mail and wanted some information and the lady on the phone call was worst. She was shouting and was speaking so so rudely. You guys need to learn some manner and how to talk to your customers.

The experience you get here is very dependent on who’s working, sometimes you’ll get someone friendly and helpful, sometimes you’ll get someone who’s very rude.I notice generally that the earlier you come, the better the service
