The staff are very kind, helpful, and polite, eager to assist and never brushing customers off. Employees are described as welcoming and friendly, especially helpful with processes like returns. The clothes are good price, cute, and good quality. However, the layout is a little weird with different areas, and a common complaint is that it can be difficult to find staff for help, with sometimes only one worker visible at the till.
