“Had good experiences in this store until late this afternoon. I told one cashier I am searching for the light Jean capris that were here a few weeks ago. She sent me to Cleo’s. I didn’t find and went back to the store and another cashier said no we don’t call other stores. She said they’re closing. I said so no customer service. She said take care. I laughed. I said take care. She laughed. I continued going out the store laughing. The employees would probably know the product best and still be able to find on computer or call?! No customer service because they’re closing the store. It never stops. Is that why Ricki’s is closing ?!”

“Absolutely love Juniper Dress shop! So many quality, beautiful dresses to choose from. Great designers represented in the shop! Ilinka was brilliant to work with and so helpful for choosing the perfect “mother of the groom” dress. I came in looking for one dress and left with 3! One for the wedding and 2 for work! He walked me around the store, explained all the different types of clothing and what they were good for, spoke from personal experience and was an absolutely solid dude. Thanks again for your help Conrad! I left with a whole new wardrobe.”
“Whenever I come to the store the staff are so nice and helpful. They will ask if I need help but won’t follow me around if I tell them I’m good. They answer any questions- let me know about sales- and have been very friendly. I went once during the Sanrio voting and asked about the “I voted” sticker. One of the employees kept looking for the sticker that corresponded with the character I voted for- going through all the stickers for me and was very apologetic when they did not have the one I was looking for. I did not mind, but I still appreciate that they searched through their whole stock and were so kind about it.”

“I had to find a guest prom dress a couple months ago. I was in a rush because prom was next week and I absolutely had no idea what I wanted or would look good in. There were these couple young girls that greeted me with so much kindness and enthusiasm, they got very excited when I told them my prom theme and started bringing dresses to try. I really appreciated all this because I was shopping by myself and didn’t know what I was even doing! Everyone was so sweet and recommended me a place to buy shoes and purse for prom as well. One of the girls there brought me their last yellow dress that was in my size and on sale! I loved it so much and got compliments from the workers there and people in the other try on stalls!! overall a very friendly environment and affordable and helpful!”

I am also fanatic for great customer service and as long as I can remember I shop a lot at Levi’s stores all over the world, and Masonville Mall London Ontario is no exception . I tell you every time I visited this location I was greeted with great customer service doesn’t matter what time of the day month or year. I however want to send out a huge thank you to Tarik , this guy is amazing , friendly , polite , professional and knowledgeable , sometimes I go in to browse not to shop and end up leaving with multiple items, he somehow know’s what I like and always find me something . You Tariq is the epitome of what exceptional customer service looks like . I appreciate the consistency . To the rest of the team at this location I appreciate you all. “It’s a great store and I can almost always find what I am looking for with friendly cashiers. Just a recommendation, if there is only one cashier working, they should not be taking the time to chat with customers, especially if there are others waiting in line, as I have noticed this is a frequent issue at this location.
UPDATE: I am changing my review to 5 stars after a phenomenal experience today. The attendant that helped me today was truly the best! Wish I got her name. Both helpful for helping me look for items and extremely effective as a cashier. Kudos!”
