Because if I buy something for someone as a gift that’s sale like I did at Christmas she wouldn’t have able to return it. I know there are people who take it to far but for the most of the shoppers I think there decent.”

“I've been shopping here for almost a year when I visit London and the 1 guy is helpful for all my shopping needs when I go in with my son. The other staff are also very helpful and friendly too.Always friendly and happy to help all the shoppers coming into the store. “Really Really bad service and management.After spending 30-40 mins in store finally ended up selecting shirt for myself. Have a red clearance tag on it saying $82.99. Clearance was having 50% off so it should be $41.49. But at the cash counter it’s showed up $75. I asked what’s wrong it’s shouldn’t be that much. She said well we have new staff and both our managers are not well so they aren’t working. Well all that matters is store’s personal, none of my business. If you agreeing to the wrong tag than better be give it for the same price to the customer. Why customers pay for employees mistakes and store’s personal problems. She offers me 30% off which turned to 56$ still didn’t make any sense to me paying extras 14.50$ for store’s mistake. I also wanted to use my 15$ coupon which i got it with my last purchase because i am regular customer. She said its a last day for coupon so i ended up giving that coupon back to the lady on the cash. Don’t leave untrained people alone or if you’re going to do that than better be prepared to pay for your mistakes.”

“I was at Levi’s on the Sunday after Black Friday, and I was hoping to find a specific pair of jeans. There was a girl managing the dressing rooms named Palak, and she was super sincere and efficient with helping me find them! I had shown her photo inspiration and she was extremely competent in determining my size and desired fit! I had been worried about staying too long after the official closing time, as well as spending too much money, but she dispelled my worries by tirelessly offering and encouraging me to try on different pairs of jeans that were close to what I had in mind and shared that I also had a discount as a student! I had almost given up at the end, but due to her genuine help, I was able to find a pair of jeans that I was looking for!!”

“This was the most positive dress shopping experience! I haven’t shopped for anything fitted since having kids. Now in my 40’s I think we often settle for special occasion dresses (in my case I’m going to a black tie event). The ladies were amazing and so helpful and I found my dress in less than an hour!
