“Staff was friendlyThey were unable to find my paint colour from abother location.Make sure you bring the code with you if you want a particular colour.This location does not honour mask exemptions.I would encourage them to consider editing the sign on the door.Is currently says anyone with a mask exemption who "refuses" to wear one. It might be better received if it were to say "and unable to wear one"Saying that someone who is UNABLE to wear a mask is REFUSING is like saying that the kid with the peanut allergy is refusing reese's pieces”

Prices are competitive and sometimes cheaper than competitors for OEM parts. Website is excellent for part numbers, replacement part numbers and model compatibility listings. Went to the Rona in the South 5 times where the lady at the blinds department wasn’t helpful at all and I almost gave up, but I gave it another try and went to the store in the North and I received the best customer service ever!Angela is just the best! Handling 5 customers at the same time, polite, goes out of her way to help and extremely professional! What a difference!!! Also her colleague Deidra was wonderful, as well as Sam from the paint department! These ladies are hard working professionals who love their job - which is almost impossible to find nowadays!Also I have to mention one male associate who has worked for more than 10 years at that store, I believe his name is Mark.My blinds look gorgeous! “A really great hardware store. We live nearby and shop here often. It is a small store but it has a wide range of goods and probably has what you want and need. There is a good garden centre behind the store, across the ample sized parking lot. Most of the staff are exceptionally helpful.”
