Being able to choose from so many fabrics for body and pillows, colour of legs, number of seat cushions and firmness made this experience tailored to my exact needs. Literally this couch was made personally for me by an Ontario company.
Looks and sounds expensive! However I am a hardcore comparison shopper and the cost of this couch with delivery was below my expectations and less than other cheaply made couches that I had viewed at other stores.

“It depends on the sales person. It certainly helps when we had a knowledgeable sales person who showed us 3 to 4 examples of a mattress and the contour each determined in your rest position. It made sense to us and we chose a mattress based on our comfort and his direction. So far, well done. They have the best selection and choices. Online may be cheaper but without trying a mattress and discussing..well..this is the difference I believe.!”

“I had a really great experience shopping for a mattress, and Farid was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was very patient and took the time to explain the differences between all the different types of mattresses, including soft, medium, and firm options, as well as the different price ranges. He never made us feel rushed or pressured and genuinely wanted to help us find the mattress that was the best fit for our needs and budget.
After trying several different options and discussing them with Farid, I ended up choosing the Sealy DBS2, and I’m very happy with my decision. Farid was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole shopping experience much more enjoyable than I expected. We even had a lot of fun chatting with him while we were there.
He also gave us a great deal, which we really appreciated. It felt like he truly cared about making sure we left happy with our purchase rather than simply trying to make a sale.

We were in London Ontario and decided to stop in at Ashley Furniture to see what they had in terms of sofa beds.
As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by a very friendly sales associate, Ahmed Alalami who led us to the exact section of the store we were seeking. He showed us several sofa beds and explained their functions and durability with expert knowledge and friendliness. We left the store without being pressured to make a hurried decision. We were informed of the option to purchase the chosen piece of furniture by email. The next day we purchased the sofa bed we wanted and the sale was finalized.
