I wired money going to mexico for a medical procedure. I provided the teller (Mr. Ziad) all the informations needed, little did I know that he entered the name of the bank as as beneficiary not the account holder’s name. The bank in mexico returned the money and I don’t know when they will call me so I can do the wire transfer again. Maybe, I will go to other branch or go to TD Bank instead. To the teller, pls ask your co workers if you are not sure what to do. We don’t know everything, that for sure.

Worst customer service, period. Asked for 5k cash from my checking account, they refused to give me because apparently they don’t have enough cash. Asked to talk to the manager, the teller disappeared for 10 minutes came back said we can give you extra 1k if that helps. Never going at this location again

Bad experience the staff today that attended me is rude guy he even rolled his eyes on me.. He is with the black thing on his head.. When i said i dont know how to do it he rolled his eyes on me.. Theres still some people dont know how to do onlune thing thats why theres a Physical bank.. If you dont have us as a customer you dont have a job.. Rude people..

I have bin a Scotiabank customer for close to 40years, and l have always got excellent customer service, they have helped me with my credit cards, loans, fee's to suite all my needs, the employees at the Highbury & Huron location are amazing, they take the time to explain things to you that you don't understand & make sure your questions are answered.

This particular branch has by far the best managers and tellers in any Scotiabank anywhere.You have to visit and ask for banking help to fully appreciate the level of service at this branch.Also this is the only branch open on Saturdays for all of us full time employed customers.I highly reccomend this branch

The absolute worst branch have ever been to. I have now gone to the bank 3 times today to try and get a new bank card. The first time I was given a random person's bank card and allowed to change the pin... literally go anywhere else...

Our accounts are now managed by inexperienced individuals unfamiliar with basic banking rules. Instead of answering simple questions, they often begin explanations from step 10 rather than step1.We require a more experienced team capable of assisting customers with their accounts. Additionally, when appointments are booked, personnel should seek authorization before opening an account and inquire about the customer's needs, explaining the process before asking questions.I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone seeking genuine assistance. They don't appreciate the time you invest during meetings.
