Power pack boosted in about 2 mins upon a very quick arrival and I was alive again. Carried a great chat with the driver for about 20 mins while my pickup idled without issues. Equipment was nice. “My car battery died and when I called Toyota Roadside Assistance, I was told I had a 45 minute wait..In under 15 minutes a Ross truck driven by Jason showed up at my Dollar Tree location..Jason was wonderful and he started my car in under 2 minutes with his portable Noco Booster..I told him I had the exact one at home and he gave me a brief tutorial on how to use it..I also have my umbrellas at home especially when it rains..Since I have an ambulatory disability, it is very difficult for me to get around to restart (boost) my battery, so hopefully IF I ever need it done again I will have my booster in the car, and I know who to call..Thank you so very much Jason…You are a gem and your boss must know this too..Hugs to all..Norene”

“In the ditch north of London. My truck was mired in mud and I could not get out despite repeated attempts resulting in being totally mired. Springtime. I contacted this company, and from the excellent, professional service of DAVE, and level of skill involved in the extraction. I was floored about the result. Got the old Sierra up on the road, was filthy and caked in mud. But the skilled recovery was the solution, and at a reasonable cost. I'll keep the old girl for another round next Saturday night.”
