Walmart Photo Centre is operated by employees from a separate company called OSL Retail Services. They have no control over Walmart's policies, inventory, other services, website, or orders from the head office. The centre's services are limited to taking passport photos, both Canadian and some international. They can only stamp Canadian passport photos, and any other use of their photos will be denied as they are not authorized for it. The photo service is reasonably priced, with around $19 for 2 passport size pictures. The wait time for pickup is about 10 minutes, during which customers can complete their other shopping. The service is available during both peak and off-peak hours, providing convenience to customers.
I was told to come in for my pictures in an hour, I came back two hours later to give them an extra hour and when I came to pick up they say it’s still 3 plus hours so I said I would come back tomorrow and that it was fine, I came back the next day at 12pm and the poster is still not printed. Absolutely terrible service.

I want to leave a negative 5 star review but unfortunately not possible. Go to any local place in London and they’ll give you better prices and higher quality of service.
1 digital passport photo is $50, they need a reality check…

Told us the light is dead for passport photos. It is walmart for Christ sake, put one.
