“I was at HomeSense this morning and as I was walking around this well organized and brightly lit store a small cart on wheels fell off the shelf and smacked me on the shin .An employee came to help me and his manager came over and brought an ice pack.They were so courteous and caring.Jason B and another employee who I'm sorry I didn't get his name were awesome .The ice pack immediately made the swelling go down..I love this store...”
“As someone who has worked at and spent time at lots of winners across the country; this winners beauty section had lots of contemporary stock, great merchandising and was very clean. While the makeup selection was limited compared to other stores, the skincare section had amazing selection. The entire section was very well ordered and organized. Props to whoever is taking good care of zone 2!Outside of Zone 2, the rest of the store was very clean and organized. I only was in the Bras, underwear, home, men’s accessories and men’s underwear sections in specific, but they were all very well taken care of! There were little to no torn boxes or items on the floor. Good job to the managers, coordinators and associates at this winners!”

“I wanted a professional portrait of myself, all my pictures were angled selfies and my boss had emailed me, need a pro pic of you no copyright. I googled "professional portrait near me". The ad was for a selfie stick then a painter then a portrait studio in albequerquie new Mexico and the first result was Walmart Portrait Studio London, Ontario. I was like, awesome! I borrowed a $20 and walked there 2 hours. It was open. No line, 20 minute wait $18.50 for a digital copy of best of 5. The guy who took my picture said, ready? I said I'm sweaty. He handed me a box of Kleenex. I was like oh my god that was there the entire time? He said, no one ever thinks to use it for sweat they see it and think it's for crying if the picture is bad. I was like, "dear god!" Is my picture going to be bad. He said not if you do what I say. Chin up, over, over, up, shoulders back, head straight, face me, one two got it. That's a good one!”
“I’ve gone to this location a couple of times this week and each time I had a great experience.My first trip I was struggling with a loose furniture item and within minutes there was an employee there to lend a helping hand - or Allen key in this case.My second trip I witnessed something I rarely see in retail shops - the manager Samantha was being so kind, gracious, and motivating to her employees during a busy rush. I’ve worked in customer service for many years and Samantha is the kind of person I have always dreamed of having as a manager and as a business person she is the kind of manager I would instantly hire. Bonus points because she remembered me by my first name.This store has some really good finds and it’s well stocked and organized. I look forward to my next trip to this location.”

“We were extremely happy with the level of service from Dr. Eiman, one of the pharmacists at this location. We were stranded at a hockey tournament unable to get home due to weather and I had forgot a medication. Dr. Eiman helped us and filled an emergency prescription on the spot.
