“Good gym. Not as big as Goodlife or Movati, but if you live within the vicinity it has all the equipment you need to get a good workout and it’s open 24 hours. There are employees during the daytime. But after they leave, never had an issue with the gym or other gym goers. People wipe after themselves and mind their own business. There’s a cleaner that comes in during the early morning.”

“This is the gym where I've achieved my best results. After having stopped working out due to the lockdowns, I had not been able to achieve pre-pandemic performance levels until I joined the Fit Room. The workouts are varied and challenging, the coaches are always looking out for you, the crowd is very friendly and supportive. Staff Ghazal is super friendly and attentive. She showed me around and answered all my questions with explanation. And provided me a thorough and caring personal training plan based on my personal need. I had such a good impression from Ghazal and decided to join the membership. Now it has been a month, I felt happy and more energetic after regular exercise at Goodlife fitness. My sleeping quality is improving. Personally, I like Finch site better. People here are nice, warm, and friendly. 3 hours free parking is convenient for gym goers.”

“I came to this gym for the first time today and wow!! this branch is absolutely amazing, located just upstairs in loblaws, I walk in and the staff are very polite and friendly, it’s very clean, there is a great variety of machines to use, I 100% will be back.

Even though I’ve been doing strength training for ten years, I couldn’t do pull-ups or chin-ups with my bodyweight without assistance before. Now, I can easily do several reps on my own. My overall strength has improved significantly. Recently, I hit a personal record of 265 lb in my free squat.

Every time I come to the gym, I hit a new personal record, which is so motivating. Anthony, the coach, is incredibly dedicated, kind, and hardworking. He pushes and encourages everyone to improve, and his support makes a big difference.

“The 6-week program is amazing! I was initially hesitant about the cost, but Armin's reassurance and promise of abs got me hooked. Prior to signing up, I was all exercise but zero diet, so I said screw it let’s try this out. I meal prepped consistently, took full advantage of the facilities and classes, and dropped 6 lbs and 4% body fat in just 6 weeks which is crazy! Shoutout to Brandon for the nutrition tips and the awesome staff for being super nice and welcoming. I found Szab and Amanda’s classes the most challenging and sweaty but also the most fun! I’m definitely going to continue to prioritize healthy eating and consistent training. Can't wait to come back for more drop-in classes and maybe another challenge before my trip in October!
