“The process was really easy, booking over the phone was quick and he was very thorough. We got lots of reminder emails as we approached moving day which provided me peace of mind knowing we were fully booked with them. The movers called when they were on their way, and then worked so hard for the duration of the move. It was -20 something, so cold, and I can't thank them enough for helping. They even moved our piano, and the extra fee for that was super reasonable. It was worth every penny!”

The piano is delicate, kind of an antique, and has lots of sentimental value - but a piano is a piano: it’s extremely heavy and clumsy to move! Also, it was coming from an older Toronto apartment building to a house, and Walter and his team made every step so easy and seamless - from moving it onto a small elevator in a busy midtown area, moving it out of the building with no private shipping doors, and delivering to my home in North York with tricky steps at the front door, and installing it with care.Canpro was very responsive to my call, was able to move the piano on short notice, at a competitive price, with all the right equipment to make sure the piano was cared for and endured no scratches or damage, and with the utmost care to ensure the flooring in my home was protected. Plus Walter is a very outgoing and warm personality - which made working with him a joy.
