I walked in on a Saturday afternoon at 3:00 and explained my central vac issues to Ridwan, who then took my information and said he could come and take a look at it that same afternoon. He called an hour later, and was at my house at 4:15. The exact same day! Where have you ever gotten same day service from anyone? He replaced my central vac motor, cleaned everything up and was done in an hour. I can't recommend Vacmaster enough - if you want exceptional repair/customer service, Ridwan is definitely who you should call. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.”
