“The problem began on a Tuesday night with a door lock issue with the washing machine.
The problem was resolved by Wednesday morning when I had the good fortune of speaking with Chris at Pambis Appliance. He was so patient with me, trying to and succeeding, in helping me out of the situation. He stayed on the phone with me for about 30 minutes and after the settings on the machine were reset, Chris asked me to call him back after running another load of laundry through the washer just to let him know how things turned out.
Honestly, it's rare thing, in these times, to find a business that still cares and goes out of its way to help a stranger. Thanks again Chris.

Shout out to Chris, who helped me out extensively with a door purchase and is very knowledgeable, Genevieve who brightened my day with ease (I have to ask about your nail tech again, haha) and Svathaam (am I remembering that right?), who clearly earned all his gold stars. “Jerry and his delivery/installation crew did an outstanding job. They didn’t have an easy task due to the weight of the washing machine and having to carry it all the way to the 3’rd floor, having to maneuver tight spaces to fit it. They were extremely professional and patient. Can’t recommend them enough.”
