“Several years ago I purchased a stove through Caplan's, and then just recently a washer and dryer set. I continue to be impressed with their customer service and competitive pricing. I worked with Pedro this time around and he was amazing. Very quick email responses, helpful, went above and beyond in finding out additional info for me. Washer and dryer were comparable in price to other big box retailers, and customer service with Caplan's is top notch so it was a no brainer to choose them for our purchase. The stairs to the basement were narrow so we weren't sure the washer and dryer would fit, but Pedro assured me the delivery guys were up to the task and they got them down no problem. Would highly recommend.”

“They responded promptly. Even though I called and texted outside of business hours. He was able to help me diagnosis my dryer issue and then source a new one knowing the potential repair wasn't worth the cost. I'll definitely recommend this local appliance repair company!”

“It was awesome dealing with Roula S the PRO desk associate at store 7107 for her excellent customer service when I visited the store with my wife to purchase deck boards to rebuild my entire deck. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. Her positive attitude and efficiency made my experience at the PRO desk outstanding. Associates like her are a true asset and if this could be conveyed to her as she closed by saying if you need any help in future we could reach out to her. I would also acknowledge Saad who on my next visit for another item, was very helpful in walking with me to where I could find it and patiently guided me. It's such a pleasure dealing with lovely individuals. Thank you”

“Actually can’t believe how helpful the staff is here! I have needlessly confusing/difficult kitchen hood fan lights and I could not for the life of me figure out how to change them. Justin was so committed to helping me figure it out, which him and Glenda eventually did! So so so appreciative for them going above and beyond to help me.”
