Originally, I had planned to have the three dashcams installed at a different shop, especially because they didn’t carry the dashcam battery from the Korean brand I wanted. However, I reconsidered after experiencing their service and my interactions with Leo. He was always following up, including over the phone, and answering all my questions. He walked me through the technical differences between the battery options, clearly outlining the pros and cons and explaining the advantages of using a battery from the same manufacturer as the camera.
