Najib is a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service advisor I have ever met compare to all other service advisors I met before. As a Mechanical Engineer myself, when I discuss with him, he knows the car, car problem and symptom very good. He is also familiar with the computer software system that made my first visit faultlessly and fast. I will give him a 10 out of 10 rating. Lucky that Scarboro Mazda has him as a staff. He is a gem of the company and I sure customers will come back to Scarboro Mazda service because of him.

“Lincoln took great care of my es350. It was a more difficult pearl white colour. He did a great paint match and blend. The car looks brand new. He also helped to provide some future recommendations for maintenance (wear and tear he saw while working on the car). Would greatly recommend his shop.”

“The mechanic is a gentleman, expert, honest and charges reasonably. He first used a specialized machine to check at length my car's AC system, for free. Then tell me what the problem exactly is. Without that machine to pinpoint the cause of the problam, an experienced mechanic still has to guess the root of the problem. It turns out that the compressor is working ok (a relief for me because it would cost me a lot more to fix). Problem is the leakage. From my experience, the leakage is not severe, because my car still generated very cold air after starting. He told me the charge for filling freon and asked whether I want to proceed. Then he proceeded after I have agreed. I would recommend him to anyone who has a car AC problem, and would refer friends who need his service.”

“A plus service! They squeezed me in to install a sway bar on my trailer the next day. Unfortunately when they started working on it they were concerned the bolts were seized and didn’t have time to do the install. Despite this they stayed open after close so I could pick up my trailer and the parts I bought to install. They even helped me hook up my trailer to make sure I was safe.
