“This is the first time I use the service in Scarboro Mazda. I was lucky to have Najib Farid as my service Advisor. The service team is also very friendly.
Najib is a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service advisor I have ever met compare to all other service advisors I met before. As a Mechanical Engineer myself, when I discuss with him, he knows the car, car problem and symptom very good. He is also familiar with the computer software system that made my first visit faultlessly and fast. I will give him a 10 out of 10 rating. Lucky that Scarboro Mazda has him as a staff. He is a gem of the company and I sure customers will come back to Scarboro Mazda service because of him.

“The mechanic is a gentleman, expert, honest and charges reasonably. He first used a specialized machine to check at length my car's AC system, for free. Then tell me what the problem exactly is. Without that machine to pinpoint the cause of the problam, an experienced mechanic still has to guess the root of the problem. It turns out that the compressor is working ok (a relief for me because it would cost me a lot more to fix). Problem is the leakage. From my experience, the leakage is not severe, because my car still generated very cold air after starting. He told me the charge for filling freon and asked whether I want to proceed. Then he proceeded after I have agreed. I would recommend him to anyone who has a car AC problem, and would refer friends who need his service.”

He does service/s and orders parts that you need for a reasonable price. He will only recommend service/s and specific part/s that you need and not to try to upsell you with anything. Got called the day prior that a part was in, so the next day I went at noon expecting to wait a bit, to my surprise they instantly took the car in, fixed the part, as well as another issue on the roof of my car that they noticed, which was very nice of them.
