Originally, I had planned to have the three dashcams installed at a different shop, especially because they didn’t carry the dashcam battery from the Korean brand I wanted. However, I reconsidered after experiencing their service and my interactions with Leo. He was always following up, including over the phone, and answering all my questions. He walked me through the technical differences between the battery options, clearly outlining the pros and cons and explaining the advantages of using a battery from the same manufacturer as the camera.
In the end, we decided to have all the installations done by them, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.”

My car had accumulated numerous small stone chips and a small scuff on the front bumper, so I brought it in to have the bumper repainted. After I dropped the car off at the shop, Ron even went above and beyond and gave me a ride home! You won’t see this level of care anywhere else!
The repair itself was very reasonably priced, and I had my car back in two days looking brand new. I know matching white paint can be very challenging but they did a great job!

I absolutely love going to Nextmod for anything performance related or even something as simple as an oil change. They are always very thorough and are more than reasonable with their pricing (this is an understatement) . The quality of their work is top notch and customer service is the best I’ve ever come across. These people will have my business for everything in the future guaranteed. Shout out to Sam and Rachael for working with me on my most recent cat-back install and purchase (not to take away from the rest of the staff and technicians, everyone there is wonderful and friendly). Not only were they able to provide me with an extremely good price for the product but the install was done perfectly as well. Initially the installation had a very tiny bit of a hiccup where there was rattling. I brought it back a week later for them to check it out and they were so thorough to get it perfect for me that they uninstalled it and re installed it again to make sure everything was on point. “Had a HORRIBLE experience with an auto repair shop in Richmond. To fix the damages caused by that auto repair shop, we turned to Excellence Heritage. We got back our Tesla earlier of today. “I cannot say enough good things about CSN Fineline and the incredible team there.
I took my daughter’s car to them in November '25 for an insurance repair after the front bumper was damaged, and from the very beginning the experience was outstanding. The repair work was flawless and the bumper looked absolutely perfect when we got it back.
Then in May '26, I started having an issue with the hood that I initially thought might have been connected to the previous repair. One phone call to the shop and they promptly told me to bring it in. The hood wouldn’t even open, which made diagnosing the issue especially difficult, but they were patient, thorough, and determined to figure it out. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem, ordered the necessary part, scheduled me back in, and repaired it while I waited, so I was never without a vehicle.
What impressed me most was that the issue turned out to have absolutely nothing to do with their previous work, yet they still treated me with kindness, urgency, professionalism, and genuine care from start to finish. That says everything about the integrity of this business.
Laila at the front desk is truly amazing; warm, organized, responsive, and such a pleasure to deal with. Sam and Bud have clearly built an exceptional business and culture, and Ted and Neil did fantastic work on the car.

“It's been 7 years and just over 370,000 Km since Jim and his team built up my Chevy 2500 exactly the way I wanted it. The entire process was smooth. The custom rock sliders he fabricated are shit hot and rock solid. (Not shown in the pics, but you can lift the truck up with a forklift under the sliders and I've smashed them into enormous boulders in Utah, Arizona and Colorado with not damage to the body) Not a single problem throughout the process, or since. Friggin LOVE my truck! Highly recommend Rock Spyder. The custom fabrication they do is amazing and nobody else in the GTA was willing to take on the project because it wasn't just bolt on parts.”
