“I ordered my side rails in a weekend, never got an email or response showing an order #by Tuesday and was starting to get worried I was scammed as it’s my first time ordering from this company. Called the company got a robotic voice that didn’t name the company so my fears were worsened, sent an email and got 2 back both saying same thing, when all was said and done by Wednesday I got my order confirmation and by Saturday had my part. Now I can laugh about my suspicious mind. I would order from them again.”
“With all the recent car theft I was worried about my truck being stolen. I contacted a few different shop’s recommended by others and got various answers.I decided to contact lock down as they had installed the alarm system on my Honda civic over 20 years ago. I also had them install a remote starter on my Acura TL 15 years ago.I got detailed exploration of multiple different alarms and immobilizers. I made a choice on the system that suited me best.During the installation my truck would not recognize my factory key. The tech informed me that they could not program the alarm unless that was working. I called the dealership I purchased and service my truck at and they could not help me. The tech at lockdown asked if the console has ever taken apart. Long story short the tech at lockdown fixed the issue with my truck and installed my immobilizer system.”
