“Recently, I was in an accident in Markham near Highway 7. I called the tow truck service Ranson Auto Collision. Arun arrived at the scene quickly and helped us a lot with towing and fixing the car. The service was very friendly, hassle-free, and easy to work with. They did a great job, the work was clean, and after the repairs, they even cleaned the car for us, leaving us happy. “My name is Dave Benner and I have a 2016 Sienna which I bought here at Markville. I have been coming here for service the last 22 years. Toyota is the only car I will ever buy. And Jim Makovski is the guy that always looks after our car. The car is 10 years old and has 220000 km. on it. With Jim taking care of it it will last for another 10years and 200000 km. This guy is one of the best employees you have got. He is skilled in his ability to know what the cars problems are and what is the best remedy to fix it regardless of the cost to make it last as long as possible. I’m 72 years old and need this car to last for another 10 years because I’m a senior on a limited budget. Jim is always looking for the best cost for the customers. He has been here for many years and along with other great people like Sumi Tim and chitra who set up the appointments. this is why I will never go anywhere else for my car to be serviced. Please take care of these people and reward them for their loyalty to YOU with the maximum finances possible so that their families are taken care of so that they stay here! DONT lowball these quality employees!! Please financial commend them all for fabulous customer care. Markville isGREAT because of these employees. I took my daughter’s car to them in November '25 for an insurance repair after the front bumper was damaged, and from the very beginning the experience was outstanding. The repair work was flawless and the bumper looked absolutely perfect when we got it back.
Then in May '26, I started having an issue with the hood that I initially thought might have been connected to the previous repair. One phone call to the shop and they promptly told me to bring it in. The hood wouldn’t even open, which made diagnosing the issue especially difficult, but they were patient, thorough, and determined to figure it out. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem, ordered the necessary part, scheduled me back in, and repaired it while I waited, so I was never without a vehicle.
What impressed me most was that the issue turned out to have absolutely nothing to do with their previous work, yet they still treated me with kindness, urgency, professionalism, and genuine care from start to finish. That says everything about the integrity of this business.

Came in to replace front main crankshaft seal and serpentine belt. They are prompt and bill time actually what they work.
The knowledge, confidence, respectfulness goes a long way. I’m also surprised he orders 555 senkei parts OEM spec.
Furthermore, price is beyond fair. What a great team. I highly recommend them.

Returned for rear stabilizer links changed today with 555 Sankei OE spec parts. Also replaced rear passenger side brake caliper with OEF3 new.

Was a new vehicle owner from Vancouver (which does not mandate safety inspections) and they made it super easy, gave me honest info on my car from a quick inspection. Quick and friendly customer service. Even recommended good places nearby for other car services like tint and tire replacements. Would Highly recommend. My girlfriend’s family was also surprised with the service and prices as their mechanic is 30 min away vs this is 5 min away. Great local spot with good food spots nearby to grab a bite while you wait for smaller jobs.”
