I completed the Brewing and Sensory programs at Bicerin Coffee Lab with instructor Jingbo, and the experience was exceptional. Jingbo's expertise and passion for coffee are evident in her teaching style. The Sensory course was especially enlightening, providing insights and inspiration that went beyond the realm of coffee. I look forward to returning for more advanced training!

Jingbo is a very professional and knowledgeable trainer, her classes are fun and proactive, with both hands on activities and theory. I learned lots of things I never would have thought of about coffee. She explains things clearly and encourages you to ask questions and do experiments, which helped the students to understand the theory behind everything. If you are a coffee lover and/or working in the coffee industry, I recommend to take her classes and it will definitely help you with your skills. I attended both barista and brewing classes and will be back for sensory.

Just finished my 2 weeks training in coffee brewing and tasting with Bicerin Coffee instructor Jingbo. Besides being very knowledgeable about the whole coffee ecosystem, she also teaches you with all her heart. I have really learn a lot about coffee brewing and tasting from her and I highly recommend anyone who wants to learn more about coffee to take her classes!!

Had such a productive day at Bicerin with instructor Jingbo for my SCA Barista Foundation training. Jingbo is very experienced, professional, organized and patient while delivering both theories and hands-on experience. She taught us so many informative, detailed and useful lessons towards pulling a good shot of espresso. Immensely enjoyed my day here at the Bicerin Coffee Lab with other fellows who also share the passion for quality coffee. I will definitely be back for Intermediate training!

The roasting class was incredibly detailed, and the educator provided thorough explanations for all questions. There are more diverse coffee-related classes available, and I am likely to enroll in additional ones.

I had the pleasure of attending the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) Sensory Foundation and Intermediate course with Jingbo this past weekend, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Jingbo's exceptional knowledge and passion for coffee made the entire experience both engaging and informative.

Excellent instruction. High quality curriculum and one on one personal attention. They also offer high quality specialty coffee that they roast onsite in small batches. Coffee is their passion! Highly recommended!

It was truly a perfect two days. Above all, Jingbo's class made me more proactive. She was very challenging, passionate, and warm. One regret from my over 8 years of coffee experience is that I met her too late.Both the theoretical and practical classes enhanced my coffee knowledge. Planning and roasting with team members, discussing the results together, is a process I probably won't forget. If you want to take her class, what you need to prepare is passion!It was an honor to be able to take a class from Jingbo!

From sensory to brewing and all other kinds of coffee knowledge, there’s tons of practical information you can aquire here at the lab. They also roast high quality specialty coffee beans. Jingbo is a gifted instructor who is both rigorous and challenging while also being warm and inviting. Jingbo is an excellent teacher. She is strict and very kind, the perfect combination. These courses can be tough, she never makes you feel uncomfortable when saying the wrong answer or making a mistake, yet she makes sure you know your stuff. 10/10 would recommend her classes to all coffee professionals in Canada.
