Sara did a wonderful job in explaining the options. We were looking for some gift packs which carters didn’t have unfortunately. Hopefully they can add it in the future 🤗

Was going shopping for my new born nephew and niece and we’re going for a specific theme (elephant and bear) and Wendy the employee who helped us went above and beyond on helping us find every item in the store related to the theme we were going for. Loved her customer service and will definitely be back when necessary.
