“Agalyaa was so incredibly patient, kind and intuitive. I had simply came into the store to process a return, and though i have only had positive experiences, she truly went above and beyond to help me out. I had casually mentioned that one of the items being returned, I had to give up due to the small sizing and that it was unavailable online. After the return, she went out of her way to check all nearby locations for the item, gave me the product code, advised me to call and put the item on hold and to do so soon to benefit from there current promotion. On a whim, i visited one of the locations and got the last item that i was looking so long for, at such an incredible deal. Had she not mentioned anything, I would have never known. Agalyaa made my entire day, and I pride Carters on having such a kind, and helpful associate!”

“Went to this location to pick up a mattress from a gift registry. Angela in baby section was amazing and very professional. She was helping other people and advised us to wait for her, she then searched to find the registry, then she walked to the back to get us the mattress. Once she was back, I asked how much I have on the gift card and she walked all the way to the front of the store to get us the answer. My experience with this location because of this employee was amazing. Also the Yonge girl at checkout was very polite and helpful. Everyone I came in contact at the store had smile on their face. Great team! Keep it up.”
