“A few months ago I was lucky enough to be helped by Kajol at the Markville location. The reason it was still in the back of my head to write a post after several months have gone by was because she was so kind to me and went above and beyond to help me with an item that they did not have in the store. This was also my experience at the Upper Canada Mall locations, on 2 different occasions where I did not feel like I needed a trusted friends opinion as it felt like Ruth was helping me as a friend rather than a salesperson. This made me trust her more and made me want to purchase my items with confidence. The level of kindness they offered me was heart warming, Thanks Kajol and Ruth, your kindness was not forgotten.”

“This Joe Fresh is inside a Loblaw's location, making it convenient to go supermarket shopping and clothes shopping at the same time. They offer a variety of clothing items for the season at affordable price.. The sale or clearance rack is also well stocked. We come here usually for their kids clothes, thermal undergarments, socks and Canadiana themed clothes. Sizes range from XS to XXL for both male and female.”

“I called the store to find the dress I need for my event this coming Saturday, Nov 16. Jessica Yan gladly put the dress on hold for me and when I went to pick up the, Jess assisted me in trying on the black off shoulder maxi dress, Jess even helped me find the right earrings that goes with the dress. Jess is a "gem", such a wonderful experience shopping at O+F Markville. The store is very clean and clothes are neatly arranged, the merchandise are beautiful and reasonably priced. The Manager and sales staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Will be back for sure. Thanks Jess.”

“I visited Zara at Markville Mall today evening around 7:00 PM, and while checking out, I accidentally slipped my card holder containing my driver’s license and all my debit and credit cards. I realized it only an hour or two later, after I had already left and visited another store.
I retraced all my steps and went back to check everywhere I had been. Thankfully, a kind female associate at Zara (her name started with H, unfortunately I don’t remember her full name) had kept my card holder safe and returned it to me.
I’m extremely grateful for her honesty, kindness, and presence of mind. It truly meant a lot to me, and I sincerely appreciate her help.”

“Don’t let what appears to be a “small store” fool you, what a store honestly, blows marks out of the water with the selection and pricing they have for men and women. I drove from etobicoke to come here and don’t regret it one bit especially with the sales they have right now, haven’t seen a store with this much tough duck selection. The guy that helped me was nice and helpful too although i didn’t catch his name. will be back.”
