She stayed on the line and called quiet a few people to help me and ended up calling the distrct manager to confirm the bramlea store was in fact open! “I have owned one piece from this designer for about 4 years now, and have been dying to add to my Tonia Debellis collection ever since! EVERY time I wear my Molly jacket I get compliments. My sister-in-law loves mine so much she went out and bought three of her own.Recently I purchased some TD items on line, and the customer service I received was the best I have ever experienced anywhere. I made an error on sizing, and Customer Service worked with me to make sure I was happy with my purchases. She was always quick to respond, SUPER helpful, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I LOVE all of my new Tonia Debellis items. They are so flattering. “Utsav was very patient and kind. He was wonderful when I had to do multiple returns so I can repurchase the sweaters I bought originally during Black Friday but in the correct size. He was very efficient but made sure the return went well by putting it on the gift card so I can repurchase what I needed but in the correct size and more instead of waiting 1 business day to get my money back so I can buy it again. He was very patient, kind, funny, and energetic. Overall a very positive experience. This Old Navy location always gave my family and wonderful customer service. I recommend coming here. Starting off we went to the kids section where initially we were finding it tough to decide trackpants for my nephew as my mom and myself were shopping for him for back home.I came across the fantastic not only assistance but also pragmmatic recommendations made by zhahra which made me sign up for promotions and becoming the member of the shopping spree which never came in my mind special thanks to zhahra for it.
