At the time they did not have my size in the coat that I loved so was a little disappointed. On the chance they had stock in store I emailed them upon my return. Luckily I was told they had just enough of the material left in store to cut one more coat! Imagine my excitement. An appointment was arranged for me to go to the store and try on different sizes so it could be cut to size. I was ecstatic! On top of the amazing service and kindness I had already been shown up to this point, the retreat cost was also honoured! I received my coat yesterday and honestly, I could not be happier. The quality, the fit, and the material! WOW! It is so soft and fits like a glove. My husband commented on how beautiful it looked on me and he never says anything! Ever! I cannot say enough how happy I am with my new purchase and the customer service I received from seeing their products at the retreat to the delivery of my coat. Honestly just AMAZING! I will definitely be watching their website for their new collections going forward. Thank you again!”
