Terrible service. Walked in and not even a single person said anything. No customer in the store at all. Went to ask for certain shoes and the girl tells me that there are none in stock. I told her I know there’s 3 in stock and she said that there all on hold for the managers.

I had a pleasant experience with Jessica today with the return of an online b-ball shoe purchase. She was professional, had a great personality, and made the return painless.

Most of the time the employees are busy chatting with each other not being helpful. However today I dealt with Tyrese I believe his name was. He was very polite and very helpful.
