“Went in for mother of the bride/groom dresses with my mother and soon to be mother-in-law. The space upstairs for the gowns is amazingly decorated and clean. They have plus sizes but we are looking off-the-rack because of the timeline. Jackie was super helpful and understood what we were looking for - she wasn't pushy either which is a huge pet peeve when making a larger monetary purchase. Even though we didn't leave with anything I still remember our experience with her and I'll always recommend for those in this area looking for cute in-style clothes/shoes or more formal gowns!”

“I found this hidden gem when looking for a specific colour of Indian suit. The lady who works here is so friendly and helpful!! There was a wide variety of colours and styles. She was able to help me and everything was more than reasonably priced. She can also arrange for alternations if needed too! I brought a friend here a few months later who needed an outfit and she was able to stay within her budget too. I would highly recommend coming here!! I will definitely be back!”

“I’ve been shopping at Lou Lou’s since they were located in Historic Unionville. Due to their new location on Markham Road, I’m unable to visit as often. But when I do, I always pick up a few things. It’s definitely a boutique experience, with limited sizes, but that’s the fun of it!! Some of my favourite dresses and sweaters come from Lou Lou’s. I’d say the experience is similar to TNT only with a more affordable price point. Lori and staff are always super welcoming, and she even gave me a credit that I need to use soon!”

“I needed something to wear for an up coming wedding. Sylvia was so sweet, and knowledgeable. She asked what I liked and did not like. She pulled multiple items from dresses, jumpsuits and coordinates for me to try on. As I was trying items on, she would come to check on me in the dressing room. Sylvia definitely made my experience a great one. I found a beautiful and comfortable outfit that I love. Thank you Sylvia!”

“Wish I could give this store more than 5 stars. It's one of my sister's favourite shops and I bought her a gift card, however I live downtown, so I did it over the phone. Given the hectic nature of this time of year (Christmas), I had to plan a trip out to Markham, but the owners offered to drop it off for me. They put it in a beautiful box and gift bag with a tag. Class act move, and my sister is ecstatic without me leaving the house. You really don't get that type of customer service anymore. I've never even been there, and I love this place. Keep supporting our small businesses like Eleven Joseph Fashions. They really make a difference in making you feel special.”

“Roots carries a lot of high quality comfort and loungewear these days. Their sweatpants and sweat shorts are top tier in terms of softness and style. I know Old Navy likes to position itself as great for the whole family but Roots often makes the same things for men's, women's and kids!They don't have a ton of sales in their regular stores but I went in anyways. They have a super cute "Beaver Canoe" line right now. There are sweatshirts with and without hoods, and in a lot of colours. They even have a beaver plushie in matching hoodie. You know I had to get one of these.All of the staff were really helpful on this shopping experience. I wanted to try on my new threads so they helped me with a change room, then helped me unlock the changeroom when I accidentally locked myself out. They also weren't pushy which made for a comfortable shopping experience.”

“Good store. Good options, I always end up buying something unlike other Zara stores in different locations. Just wish the store would hire more people to fold up more clothes, sometimes it's a hot mess in there because of other customer throwing clothes all over the place and it really turns you off because it feels like you are in a thrift store rummaging for a good deal.”

“Just a quaint cafe inside the mall, love the atmospere and serene vibe away from cray cray crowds and lineups of Timmies and SB’s. The croissants are fresh and flaky, my bestie and I had simple latte with our pastries. The croissants are all fresh but request of warm croissants will not be done as they do not have an oven. The store sells coffee beans but have not tried it. I did try the newest cold drink Dragon pop, it was refreshing and not sweet.”
