“Wish I could give this store more than 5 stars. It's one of my sister's favourite shops and I bought her a gift card, however I live downtown, so I did it over the phone. Given the hectic nature of this time of year (Christmas), I had to plan a trip out to Markham, but the owners offered to drop it off for me. They put it in a beautiful box and gift bag with a tag. Class act move, and my sister is ecstatic without me leaving the house. You really don't get that type of customer service anymore. I've never even been there, and I love this place. The reason it was still in the back of my head to write a post after several months have gone by was because she was so kind to me and went above and beyond to help me with an item that they did not have in the store. This was also my experience at the Upper Canada Mall locations, on 2 different occasions where I did not feel like I needed a trusted friends opinion as it felt like Ruth was helping me as a friend rather than a salesperson. This made me trust her more and made me want to purchase my items with confidence. The level of kindness they offered me was heart warming, Thanks Kajol and Ruth, your kindness was not forgotten.”
