Previously, I’ve had a bad experience at this location with one of the male workers which made me not want to come back. However today I met Ivy who was not only super sweet but super helpful in recommending me some new hair products and samples! She truly made my day!!

They have amazing staff at this location! So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They make the experience of being in the store all the more enjoyable than it already is surrounded by bright coloured soaps/bath bombs and all cruelty free! My children loved the store experience too.

Ive been coming to this location for forever. Since highschool (which was a while ago), and every single time I come in here the team is so kind, full of energy, and so positive to be around. They are so helpful, knowledgeable and great conversationalist. Shoutout to Bri & Amir for being so awesome!
