Interesting, Chiara Vaira herself commented, but turned into a bystander, kept track of time, comforted herself, and stayed on top of what happens next. Seems she got some memorization problem, doubt if she is still fit for the job here.

I wanted to thank the amazing staff for helping me find the salt scrub I was looking for. I ran out before a big trip and was in need of a refill, super friendly and efficient and knowledgeable team. I felt very welcomed and look forward to coming again for my lush fix soon!

It’s SOOO DISGUSTING and IRRESPONSIBLE hiring a lady called a mom with a baby HURRY UP when they were being served at the front desk. POOR communication skills and TERRIBLE company representation. Can’t believe Lush actually trust people like this helps to promote their brand and believe that lady treats customer with warm and friendly service. Lack of education and please be careful with wording. HURRY UP IS VERY RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE TO A MOM! I even didn’t notice she’s an Asian woman at first and hard to believe the sales lady is actually racism and discriminating against Asian. Soo disappointed, Lush. Your people, nah. Further training is needed.

I went in today and one of the workers was very helpful, I don't remember her name, but she had some blue hair, and she was pretty tall, she seemed very knowledgeable on the products and she was very helpful

Shoutout to the girl with curly hair that works here, she really went above and beyond today. Someone was berating an elderly woman at the mall and she actually stepped in. I can see people are on here trying to tear her down, and they’ve clearly been mislead based on these reviews. I hope she has a great day and continues to help the defenceless.

It appears that your employee has time management issues. An Asian lady with her baby was ordering at the bubble tea shop nearby and was asking the worker there specific questions about non-caffeinated drinks (not staring at the menu) when your employee, who was behind her in line, told the lady to hurry up in a very rude way. The mother of your employee also insisted that the lady MUST hurry because her daughter was running late for work. After being refused, your employee proceeded to yell at the lady and took photos of her and her baby. Just imagine being this rude and entitled. Your employee's tardiness is not someone else's problem.

i dont know what the reviews are about- or if they're going off of one person's story- i saw the altercation between the girl with blue wavy hair. they said hurry up because the person at the front of the line (AT BUBBLE TEA. not even at lush!) took over 3 minutes to stare at the menu (i literally watched the time on my phone) somebody behind asked if she could please hurry up (which we were ALL thinking. i was taking transit home myself and needed to be out of the mall within 15 minutes and just wanted a drink home) and the lady turned and instead of ordering she then THREATENED this woman and yelled at her. a lot of us standing around were just in shock. i personally think you should know what to order before getting in line and wasting everyones time. where the employee comes in, is the woman was the lady's mom and she just simply said "can you not talk to her like that? thats disrespectful she just said to hurry up".... the reviews saying SHE told her to hurry up is inaccurate. also IT DIDNT TAKE PLACE AT LUSH. the lady then proceeded to follow her into her store and threaten her more, saying she will get her fired from Lush.
i missed my transit purely because i apologized to the girl for this woman and said it wasnt her fault. this is ridiculous. it didnt even take place at her work. the lady is obviously getting her family to bombard the reviews to effect this woman's job.
also! you can tell these last few reviews are all family / friends because they are all posted within 3-4 minutes of each other. i think this is defamation which is actually illegal in canada. lush can sue/delete these reviews as its shaming her character and effecting possibly her employment :)

There is a shoulder length curled hair staff very rude, she took a photo and yelled “hurry up” at a lady who carried babies.
