When I was leaving the store with my item, my receipt was checked and the staff member that checked it thanked me so genuinely for making the donation! “Hardworking store manager and courteous staff. On my last visit a few Sundays ago, I needed to purchase one sheet of untreated plywood and have it cut. The taller staffer at the Pro counter called on a colleague named Raymond (Rayman -- sorry if misspelled) to help us. He must've been busy. We waited a while. The polite staffer minding the counter was apologetic for the delay, which was nice. When he did arrive, he went over and above in helping us with the small purchase. Turns out, he was the store manager. By the time we finished at the checkout, Raymond was already outside on the forklift, hauling some skids. Keep up the great work! Your efforts don't go unnoticed.”
