Really bad, so bad!!! The seller should go sell clothes somewhere else. My home is very far from this store because there are no second-hand clothing stores nearby. I was prepared to wait and called in advance to ask how long I needed to wait. The staff said the longest wait would be two hours, so we planned to have a meal. But we were already very tired from driving. After waiting for three hours,！！！！I called and the staff said it would take another half an hour. We waited for another half an hour. It was so torturous that I just went into the store. My clothes still weren't sorted out. It was such a waste of time. I seldom comment on others, no matter how bad it is, I always try to understand. But this store doesn't care about others' time at all! It's so disgusting!🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Never bring your clothes into this location. They take literally nothing even if you bring in the highest quality pieces. They should probably work on this. Never going to this location again

Completely disappointed and WONT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME. Brought 4 boxes of well-conditioned items here and been waiting in store. Saw the staff there wasn’t even go through a single one item, but just put them out and put them inside the box again. It’s understandable that you pass after checking but it’s a joke of you don’t even actually look at it. Totally a waste of time.

I dropped off a fairly full bin of clothing and was told it would take about an hour to go through, which seemed reasonable. Came back at the time I was told to and was then told it would be another 30-40 minutes. Came back again only to be told they had to pass on every item due to being “overstocked”. Would’ve been nice to know that right from the beginning so I could have gone to another location!

As someone who isn't too deep into second hand shopping these resale stores are some of my favourite as they are easy to browse and already filtered through. This shop is no different as they have a pretty nice selection for tops and jeans. I saw a good amount of items on sale and the staff told me which were final sale and what could still be returned. All the staff seemed polite, but I received help from Anna and Liz who were both friendly and accommodating, even while having other things going on (I think one was processing a buy). While I don't go out much to shop I'll check out this location again in the future and do more digging cause I'm sure there's some.

This location is okay but doesn't always have a large variety. And they never take our clothes which makes me feel like they don't actually look at everything. Some clothes were with hundreds when we originally got them.

I had the worst experience at this Plato’s Closet. I went to sell about 20 items and ended up waiting 2 hours, only to be told they wouldn’t buy any of my items because their inventory was full. I understand that inventory can be an issue, but why take my items in the first place if you’re not looking to buy? If you're searching for specific items, it would be helpful to inform customers first.
Additionally, some of my items were folded and hadn’t even been touched, which makes me think they didn’t properly go through everything. The staff, mostly teenagers, were quite unfriendly. I understand they might have been having a rough day, but giggling while telling me they wouldn’t buy anything felt very unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and like I wasted my time and gas.
I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Instead, try the Richmond Hill or Vaughan stores; they are more respectful and professional.

Went by earlier to check out fall items. I’ve been going to this location since it’s opened and I’ve even sold clothes to them before. I was extremely disappointed in the amount of clothing that was stained, ripped or pilled. I know some things go missed but I picked up at least 5 pieces that had one or more of those issues. I know my clothes have been rejected in the last due to pilling and other issues which I respected as I know the store wants to have quality pieces available.
Honestly, it was a little gross seeing all those stains. Makes me think that the policy of washing the clothes before selling isn’t really enforced. Will probably not return and will go to other locations.

I dropped in to sell my clothes, and she tells it has scuffs on it ? Then she poorly priced my merchandise which was way under priced. And this is only at this location. Unfortunately, I think my ethnicity had to do something with her under pricing my clothes.
She quickly prices my clothes with way way under priced like you can’t even buy a combo in Macdonalds under price. Then doesn’t even greet or say bye to me. Ethnically plays a huge factor at this location. Do not go to this specific location.
