I was just here and the two representatives (Angela and Arjun) that helped me with closing account, mortgage payment changes and merging account was incredibly patient, helpful and accommodating. Facility is also very clean.

Went to the Bank on Wednesday, October 20th and the teller was assisting me with bank charges and had promised to change my account to a advantage account. These changes were not made and I had to call into the branch customer service and spoke with Mike who helped me with my issue in a timely manner, he was very professional.
