“I’ve been trying to secure my mortgage since May 2023 and I’m still getting the run around at this branch. I’ve gone in to the bank and requested to speak to a manager and each time I was given an excuse why he/she is not available when I have a question for them. This is not acceptable in my books. Every day I wait I’m loosing 100’s dollars in interest to the bank. I’m all out of options! This is so frustrating.Update: August 2nd, I’m changing my rating from 2 to 4 since the Branch manager (Cheri) took over it’s been handled really well. I've contacted the bank and I had the associate Helen help me sign up for an aeroplan credit card which she explained all of the benefits in detail. welcome points, first year waived... After that she was proactive with helping me invest in TFSA and she handed me off to her associate Jacky. He helped me super quick and told me what would benefit me in the long run based on my age, income and how much money i had to invest. Super simple and well detailed. I also come to the bank often to deposit and withdraw and all of the tellers are so amazing. Excellent customer service and such a clean place. I can tell everyone cares about their environment as the fish tank is super clean and cool!”

“This is a remarkable service to George Dahab, Financial Planner in this branch, I walked into the branch with my aged father because my Mom just passed away, wanted to have some of their accounts fixed unfortunately I didn't realized that I need to book an appointment ahead and it need to schedule for another 2 weeks later before I can see a specialist to get these done. “I was there on Aug 27th approximately at 1100h and noticed the only entrance that was available to clients who wanted to access a teller was the mall entrance. It was a 4 client line and covid protocols were actually observed both by guests and staff. I was helped by an employee named Rachel and albeit she did not have name tag, she was very patient and understanding when I tried to take a bank draft to cash buy a car. She explained the difference very thoroughly between a certified check and a bank draft and politely informed me she could not help me BMO's atrocious investorline accounts.She very quickly created a bank draft and allowed me to view documents associated with that. Rachel's customer support was hands down the best I have witnessed from a major banking institution and I would be extremely surprised if she isn't managerial staff. I also appreciated the open layout with desks and almost office like layout from the BMO that made it very easy to feel comfortable with the tellers.This is not the branch which I opened my account but I will attend this branch for all my major banking needs because of this sole experience.Ps. will update if I have a poor experience.”
