This sign has been posted for weeks now since the Canada wide Scotiabank outage.

I opened a business account there and still waiting they call me to pick up my credit card . today I was two hours on the phone to check it and it seems nobody knows where is my credit card as it was issued on 11oct .

Impossible to get a hold of a branch small bussiness advisor over their phone system. It sucks. I had to drive to the branch and waited over 1 hour to speak with somebody.
I'm choosing another bank for my bussiness needs.
