It was a good branch while ago but the current branch manager is absolutely useless and the staffs are following him and they have made a very non-productive team.

I had a banking problem that I was not able to find a solution for.
Ruchika Malhotra was very knowledgeable and prosicient.
She did not make me feel that I should have been able to solve the problem on my own. I left the bank feeling satisfied that my problem was solved.
