Vijole Chai - we left several messages for her from June 3rd, and several emails..it is June 19th, she replied that she will call today at about 12.30pm, so far silence. She is completely unfit for work, what is she doing there. It is sad that they treat bank customers like this .One star is too much. Wojciech & Eva
