Agree why the rating is 1.8 at this branch. Worst experience from the female teller on Saturday July 18 afternoon. If my card was not sent to this branch, I have to pick up here, won’t visit again

Flora was nice, however she provided incorrect information during my meeting. My questions were not answered thoroughly and the meeting was not helpful overall. I had to find another Scotia advisor myself who informed me that the information I received during this initial meeting was in fact, not correct.
