The young Chinese female employee at this bank completely showed that she didn’t want to work. When you asked me to apply for a credit card, she thought I couldn’t apply for it, so she didn’t want to help you apply.
I want to get a reward from my account, but she doesn't help and guides me on how to make arrangements, which makes the customer feel very unwelcome.
The arrival of the guests seemed to cause them too much trouble
The standards for charging service fees are very strict. As long as the minimum deposit is not enough for one day, a one-month penalty will be charged!
Later I received calls to promote other products.
No service is provided but it annoys you! This is Scotia bank! Will not use it!

Hope i can give lower than 1 star. Seriously the chinese lady sitting their she said banks not giving my account portfolio and if she cannot stamp. I went to 100 branches no one refused to do this. Never gonna come here. She dont even no what she is doing.

Terrible experience with their mutual fund representative; Vi Chai. Do not book with her unless you have all the time in the world to reschedule appointments.
Made our first appointment with her during regular work hours and she cancelled. Second appointment made with her (also during regular work hours) for today, she cancelled again and it was not even herself calling to let us know the appointment is cancelled. The explanation we got is “she is unwell today”, fine. As much as we all get sick and need a day off, she also needs to understand that this is our second appointment that required 4 working adults to take time off from work. She’s cancelled 2 times last minute and we had no time to make other arrangements with work. If she was reliable she could have made other arrangements for us to meet with someone else. But no, she got someone to give us a call to let us know she needs to cancel the appointment, and left it at that. Not even rescheduling.
Luckily we were able to get an appointment with Manvi at the same location and she was able to help us.
Overall experience was alright at this branch but think twice before making an appointment with Vi Chai.

The teller at the desk working today looked bored and uninterested in helping me. Pretty much told me to call the helpline and nowbive been on hold for over 2 hours.. I'm pretty sure she could have helped me today. When I was there in person... thanks

Worst experience visiting into a branch. Went to close my accounts and had to deal with tantrums of Jennifer Li- Assistant Manager. No wonder the branch is doing so poorly. Associates need to fix their attitude.

I’ve been to many different Scotiabank branches in the past and I can assure you this one is THE WORST. AVOID at all times.
Scotiabank has been my primary bank and I have many services with them. I have took out tons of bank drafts with large amounts in the past years, from many different branches, and always underwent multiple steps of authentications and KYC, and I can tell you this branch has the strictest and the most unreasonable verification process when taking out your money. Felt like the BM there was intentionally giving me a hard time.
In addition, When I walked into the branch there was only one CEA (teller) trainee at the front with no other staff, isn’t this against your policy?

I wish I could give it a zero! Worst experience ever with a bank manager. He made my 90 year old mother sit in the middle of the mall instead of offering her a chair or sit in an empty office! An absolute disgrace! Needless to say, I will never bank with Scotiabank again!

I exchanged email and a phone call with the Assistant Manager at this branch, she was pleasant and friendly to interact with. She answered and solved my inquiries very quickly.

The customer service at this branch, specially for tellers, is extremely poor. Rather than trying to help you, you are left asking more questions and solving your own problems.
