My doctor fax requisition in and I followed up with phone call for filling the prescription. Speak with pharmacist to confirm everything was in good order and received a text ready for pick up. The process was seamless and quick.

I have been on the phone waiting to speak to the pharmacy for over an hour, to ask for more information about some of my prescriptions that I can’t locate / refill online. This is not an isolated incident. Their service level has dropped over the years. The wait in person or over the phone is ridiculously long nowadays.

Have been on hold for over an hour trying to get through to pharmacy because I’m not able to request a refill of my prescription online even though I’ve completely run out of an extremely important medication. They also stopped auto renewal on my prescriptions on their end and I’m unable to restart this.

Absolute worse. How do you have a self check out and your employees can’t help you when it malfunctions. Asked to remove an item that the scanner read 3 times and the associate said she’s not authorized to delete an item? When asked to who is - the answer is they are not working today? Does that make any sense. No wonder this particular shoppers is a 2 star.

Wish I could give 0/5 stars. Which ever pharmacist that was working tonight (Saturday. October 21, 2023 and wears glasses and just a pink dress shirt, not even a doctors/pharmacist jacket) is a joke and feels like he’s there for the money more than actually treating people. Asked him which Advil would be better for my mom’s tooth pain and he barely even looks at them and just says “all of them” and cause my mom’s health isn’t the best and takes a lot of meds daily, I asked him if it was okay to take Advil if my mom already takes Tylenol, since another pharmacist at this store at different day said it’s best to not take both around the same time. So this guy just tells me mom “well your family member just answered it, so don’t waste everyone’s time” ….it was literally like 8 pm and no one else was there. He was literally just standing there doing nothing. My mom wanted to ask a different question unrelated to this, and he just said “don’t waste my time, ask your family member” and rudely gestured us to leave. Well, obviously I’d only ask a question if I’m unsure and just wanted to double check with a professional since it can be dangerous or even life threatening if taking the wrong medications together. Literally an f ing joke. Too bad I was too busy wondering what kind of terrible pharmacist this guy was to look at his name tag.

The old short Chinese lady with glasses at pharmacy is always angry, if you dare to ask twice, she will start yelling at you for no reason. No wonder this place is rated so low. If she hates her job so much, just leave.

The lady works in the beauty supply department, her name was sharareh was very helpful and friendly, she helped me to find the best perfume I was looking for. Thank you so much for beat sales lady. I would definitely go back to shop from her.

Bought skincare online and employee says it can’t be returned at this store cause they don’t sell this product. Sounds like they are making up rules as nowhere does it mention any store specific return restrictions according to corporate website.

Went to shoppers to grab a whole lot of vitamins but my young daughter needed to use bathroom, rude old lady named Betty at the pharmacy arearefused to let us use it so we left without spending our usual $500+ vitamin stalk up super disappointed and moving my business to another shoppers even if we live very close by

I had to write a review about this location since I've experienced this at least 5 times now. The lead pharmacist (Vicky Wong) is not only incompetent, but extremely rude as well. This also applies to other pharmacy staff I've interacted with in the past. Getting a prescription refilled here is the equivalent of pulling teeth.I called in a few weeks ago to get information on a prescription and when/where I can pick it up. She cut me off multiple times, made multiple condescending comments, and didn't realize she was giving me incorrect info because she assumed she knew the answer to my questions without giving me the chance to finish my sentences.Today I called in because I couldn't process my refill online and it said I needed to contact the pharmacy. I was trying to understand the differences between brands, product availability and she kept contradicting herself in providing info while she was trying to up-sell me. She was also reluctant to explain the differences between my existing prescription and the upgrade which wasn't very helpful. I tried to clarify the contradiction and she snapped and said "it's our policy" multiple times. Then she hung up the phone after saying bye multiple times. Instead of going through the headache of calling back - I decided to write my first Google review and take my business elsewhere.I strongly recommend any other pharmacy except for this one. If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would, because this is probably the worst customer experience I've ever had. Based on the reviews I've read here - It doesn't seem like I'm the only one who feels this way. Don't waste your time.

This is the most horrible experience that I have ever had with shoppers store. The old lady at the drug counter was rude and not patient at all when I asked for a over counter drug , she told me there is no more. I asked her again , she was very mad and said that I already told you no and don’t you think I will lie to you? Then a few seconds later when she glimpsed again, she found one, I finally got the drug I got but with this kind experience???????!!!!!!I really doubt that this lady got trained before she came to work? And highly recommend this lady to be trained again. I would not recommend anyone to go to this store to buy anything from her…..

-1 out of 5. I went there to fill prescription. Only 1 assistant and 1 pharmacist for the entire pharmacy. The assistant was constantly talking over the phone and the pharmacist was trying to make extra money by giving vaccine to people. I waited one hour to get my medicine. Staffs were rude. I tried to talk to them and ask questions. They didn’t even look at me or serve me as a customer. I will never come back to this store and fill any prescription from shopper drug mart.
