“Recently went and have to say I’m very disappointed in the changes they made. They no longer accept credit cards (unless you pay and extra fee), what they have available on the website isn’t what they have in store for pickup -even when you prepay for the items. They prices are still okay based on quality but the “point system” they have had never been available for use since I started going there . I’ve spent over 1,000$ there so far and haven’t been able to use even one point.”
“I got my Popeyes Sweet Heat here, only place that sells it. Loving it! Many candies and drinks from Asia can be found here. Friendly staff as well and convenience location.”
“Update on Jan 5. 2025. Went back to Wireless etc. in cistco Richmond Hill. Was first customer there and helped by Andy. The service was excellent. Andy walked us through the plans and options available, costs etc and explained everything in detail
He sold us a good package and installed the screen protector we purchased.
We had excellent attentative service from Andy and so we are giving Andy five stars.
Always busy long line ups. When you speak to a person they are abrupt and want you to just sign up to something quickly to something or leave. Looks like they are probably on commission and want to get the most sign ups as quickly as possible.”
“Always well stocked. Well laid out. Very clean. Staff are always there to help and constantly restocking. Great selection here. Parking is a little tough it fills up. Thats about the only downside to this place.”

“The manufacturer of products you get at grocery store, so it's more economical to get from source and definitely much fresher. Soy milk, for example, purchased here can past twice as long as it is from any store. It's a pretty basic set up with not much service, but definitely saving money”

“Lots of people buying in bulk here! I have no complaints. It's a bigger Costco first of all, compared to its counterparts in Markham. So in terms of space, it's winning! What really gets me with this Costco however, is that they always have what I need. Maybe because of its size? They are always well stocked and have full of produce. I do find shoppers here a bit more aggressive with driving and finding a parking spot, so I recommend parking farther from the exit and walking over. Other than that, great Costco! I recommend it!”
“Costco Pharmacy is always reliable and efficient. Same-day fills can take about an hour, but I usually shop or grab a coffee while I wait. Refills are quick and convenient — I get a call when they’re ready. Prices are excellent, with much lower dispensing fees and medication costs compared to other pharmacies. Highly recommend!”
