The young male employee, Venu, kindly stepped in and assisted her with the payment inside the store, ensuring she could fill up the gas without any hassle. His help made the experience smooth and stress-free, even at the last minute before closing.
I also appreciate the convenience of having a bathroom available for customers even late in the evening. Although the store was about to close, he was helpful in guiding her on how to access the bathroom. He handed her the key and provided clear directions, which was very considerate.”
