“Just want to share my experience , on the professionalism of the Pharmacist that was working this past Saturday morning believe her name was (Alex ) .After 1 1/2 hours I spent at the clinic in store I was told to purchase and over the counter eye drop for pink eye, as I proceed to do so they were out of stock . Thankful the Pharmacist went over and above and asked me a few questions and was able to prescribe me the correct drops the i was able to claim on the coverage and its Monday and its almost cleared up . She was an absolute delight to deal with and the process was super easy with her.The other 2 employees I spoke to were much less helpful. One pretended to flip through a note book and said "well there's nothing in here about you so you'll have to come back another day", when I live in Tilbury.Another told me I needed to call head office... When I already told her there was a replacement gift card waiting for me in the store...Anyways, Tessi you're an absolute gem and I'm so grateful you were there to help me!”
